V28-92 : TRANSFER APPLICATION

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services considered an application from a Council tenant to move to another property for the sake of the safety of tenant and family. The Police supported this request for a move at the earliest possible opportunity.

It was resolved that the tenant be offered the next suitable property away from the area, and the Housing Division continue to work with Police colleagues, and to take action against the alleged perpetrator if sufficient evidence was available. (Para. 3)
