V28-90 : KIRKLEY COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE
The report of the Chief Executive set out the background of the Kirkley Community Resource Centre project, and updated members on the liabilities being taken on by the Council in terms of underwriting the lease for the Centre.
It was resolved that the Council's support of the Kirkley Community Resource Centre be reaffirmed, and that a decision on the future of the Centre be deferred to enable further discussion and consultation with all interested parties. (Para. 9)
