V28-80 : RESIDENTS' PARKING SCHEME - BECCLES

The report of the Director of Community Services considered the future of the resident' parking scheme in Beccles following the end of its experimental period in October 2000.

RESOLVED

1. That the current experimental residents' parking scheme in Beccles be made permanent at the end of the experimental period at a capital cost of £15k.

2. That, in conjunction with Suffolk County Council, approval be granted to advertise the permanent residents' parking order for Beccles and, subject to no objections, for it to be ratified and implemented at the end of the experimental period.

3. That any objections to the permanent order be reported to The Executive for consideration.
