V28-77 : TREASURY MANAGEMENT - ANNUAL REPORT 1999/2000

The report of the Director of Community Services provided the Treasury Management Annual Report for 1999/2000 as required by the Council's Policy Statement, which gave a summary of the borrowing, investment and leasing transactions during the year. It also provided details of the net borrowing costs in that year, in comparison with the approved budget.

RESOLVED

1. That the Annual Report on the Council's Treasury Management activities for 1999/2000 be approved.

2. That the Monitoring Report for the period February 2000 to May 2000 be received.
