V28-72 : MINUTES

The minutes of the last meeting held on 15 June 2000 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Arising from the minutes, the Chairman felt it was important that a female member was appointed to Personnel Panels A and B and that the membership be increased to five members. It would be necessary to amend Standing Orders to permit this.

RESOLVED

1. That the Council's Standing Orders be amended to increase the membership of Personnel Panels A and B to five members, and to appoint an additional member from outside The Executive to each Panel.

2. That subject to the above, Councillors Skipper and Parr be appointed to Personnel Panels A and B respectively for 2000/01.
