V28-70 : KIRKLEY COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE
The Chairman, under the statutory provision accorded to him, permitted the inclusion of this item to allow the Chief Executive to update members on recent developments with partnership arrangements for the above. It was resolved that a full report be presented to the next meeting of The Executive. (Para. 9)
