V28-69 : WARRANTS FOR POSSESSION
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services dealt with several tenancies which were in multiple arrears and had Warrants for Possession pending following court cases, and resolved that if three tenancies continued not to pay rent and arrears application be made for the issue of the Warrants for Possession.
It was further resolved that the Community and Policy Services Policy Panel be requested to review all housing policies in relation to decisions which previously required referral to the Housing Sub-Committee to examine whether these matters can be delegated to officers. (Para. 3)
