V28-668 : COUNCIL TAX BASE CALCULATIONS 2001/02

The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) provided for the calculation of the Council Tax Base for the District and for each Parish for 2001/02.
RESOLVED

1. That the report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) concerning Council Tax base calculations 2001/02 be approved.

2. That pursuant to that report and in accordance with the Local Authorities (calculation of Tax Base) Regulations 1992 (as amended), the amount calculated by Waveney District Council as its Council Tax Base for the financial year 20001/2002 shall be:
(a) for the purpose of Section 33 (1) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 £37,188.52.

(b) for the purpose of Section 33 (1) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 for each relevant part as listed below:
