The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) gave an update on matters dealt with, or to be dealt with, under the formal complaints procedure and via the Local Ombudsman.
RESOLVED
That the report on Complaints Monitoring be received, and an update be included as a standing item on the Panel's agenda.
