V28-647 : CHANGE EVALUATION TEAM
The Chairman welcomed the members of the Change Evaluation Team (CET), who were attending the meeting in their role of evaluating the change process. In addition to their Chairman, David Gallagher and Secretary, Chris Smith, who were attending to present the Team's initial report below, David introduced Bev Barnshaw, Graham Osborne, and Graham Jermyn, who was acting as the team's facilitator.
