V28-606 : MMI SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT

The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) outlined progress with the winding up of Municipal Mutual Insurance (MMI), the Council's former insurers. The Board continued to see a solvent run off, and estimated claims outstanding under the Scheme of Arrangement relating to the Council was £350k. Of this £300k was liable to clawback if MMI became insolvent.

That the latest report on the MMI Scheme of Arrangement be received.
