V28-605 : COUNCIL TAX AND NON-DOMESTIC RATES - USE OF BAILIFFS
The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) proposed the continued use of Richardsons to act as Bailiffs for the recovery of Council Tax and Non- Domestic Rates, in order to ensure the effective local tax collection until 31 March 2001. RESOLVED
That Richardsons continue to act as Bailiffs for the recovery of Council Tax and Non- Domestic Rates until 31 March 2001.
