V28-604 : TRANSPORT ACT 2000 - CONCESSIONARY FARES SCHEME
The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) considered the implications of the Transport Act 2000, and proposed retaining the existing Suffolk Countywide Concessionary Fares Scheme as the "mandatory" requirements of that Act. RESOLVED
That the existing Suffolk countywide Concessionary Fare Scheme be retained as meeting the mandatory requirements of the Transport Act 2000.
