V28-587 : HUBBARDS LOKE BRIDLEWAY, LOWESTOFT - PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) set out proposals for providing a surfaced area along Hubbards Loke for cyclists and pedestrians, following extensive consultation.
RESOLVED
That the following proposals to provide a surfaced area along Hubbards Loke for cyclists and pedestrians be approved:
(a) The section between Hubbards Avenue and the disused railway line to be surfaced the full width of The Loke;
(b) The section between the disused railway line and Corton Road to be surfaced 1200mm wide with at least four passing places;
(c) Footway lighting to be provided along the sections to be surfaced; (d) Access barriers to be installed at Corton Road entrance.
