V28-575 : NON-DOMESTIC RATES - RURAL RATE RELIEF
The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) updated members on proposed changes to the Rural Rate Relief Scheme and sought the Panel's view on what level of rate relief should be recommended to The Executive. In view of the recent publication of a Rural Green Paper, the Panel resolved to defer the item for further information. (Para. 7). The meeting returned to public open session (Part One) at this point.
