The Panel agreed to exclude the public from the meeting to enable detailed costings/values or names of Housing Associations/parties to agreements needed to be discussed in relation to the above. (Para. 9)
(Councillor Ford declared an interest in the above item, but claimed the Secretary of State's Dispensation in Department of the Environment Circular 16/92 Appendix 1 for Tenants of Unfurnished Accommodation that allowed her to speak and vote).
The meeting was concluded at 9.50pm.
