V28-57 : AUTHORITY TO MAKE AND CONFIRM TREE PRESERVATION ORDERS

The report of the Chief Executive sought authority to amend the delegated power given to the former Director of Planning and Building Control in relation to Tree Preservation Orders.

RESOLVED

That the authority to make and confirm unopposed Tree Preservation Orders be delegated to the Head of Planning, or in his absence the Principal Planner or in both their absence, a Senior Planner.
