V28-561 : MEETING TIMES

The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) asked for discussion on the Chairman's suggestion that meetings of the Panel take place on a Thursday rather than a Tuesday, and be at 4.30pm. Members felt it would not be appropriate to change times of meetings half way through the municipal year, but consideration could be given to changing these when setting the calendar of meetings for the 2001/2002 municipal year.

RESOLVED

That meetings of the Corporate and Policy Services Policy Panel continue to be held on Tuesdays at 7.30pm.
