V28-56 : CHIEF EXECUTIVE - DELEGATED POWERS
The report of the Chief Executive sought authority for all powers previously delegated to the Council's Directors to be delegated to the Chief Executive as an interim measure until the new management structure was in place.
RESOLVED
That all powers delegated to the holders of the Council's Director posts be temporarily delegated to the Chief Executive with immediate effect pending the setting up of the new management structure.
