V28-548 : WAVENEY LOCAL PLAN REVIEW - ISSUES REPORT

The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) set out the background and context for the publication of the Issues Report for consultation. Publication of the report in January 2001 was the next stage in the preparation of the revised Waveney Local Plan, and replies to the consultation would be requested by 9 March 2001, after which time a further report would be submitted to the Panel.

RESOLVED

1. That The Executive be recommended to approve the Waveney Local Plan Review Issues Report for consultation purposes.

2. That a Seminar/Workshop to promote awareness of the Local Plan and Issues Report be held for all members and any officers who wish to attend on 31 January 2001.
