V28-547 : STEERING THE COUNCIL THROUGH ORGANISATIONAL AND BUDGETARY REVIEW

The report of the Chief Executive was presented in full at the previous meeting of the Panel, and was tabled again for the Panel to have the opportunity to discuss any further thoughts they may have had in the interim.

Members simply reiterated the point that the Regeneration Portfolio would have a strategic, policy making and developmental role rather than being involved with the operational side of the delivery of services.

RESOLVED

That the comments of the Panel outlined above relating to the organisational and budgetary review be considered by The Executive as part of the consultation on the next phase of the organisational review.
