V28-464 : ANGLIA IN BLOOM
Before the commencement of formal proceedings, Frank Nolan, the Chairman of the Lowestoft in Bloom Committee, presented to the Chairman two trophies recognising the achievements of Lowestoft in the recent Anglia in Bloom competition. Lowestoft had received the Gold Award for Best Industrial Area in category C, and in particular high praise was given to the efforts of Christian Salversons and Birds Eye. Mr Nolan expressed thanks to members of his committee for their hard work, and acknowledged the support of Persimmon Homes and Waveney District Council.
