V28-458 : BEST VALUE PERFORMANCE PLAN, PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND

PUBLICATION OF SUMMARY

The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) detailed the steps being taken to publish a summary of the Plan, to include the Audit Commission Performance Indicators information was still required on. The report also detailed the present position on actual values for those 1999/2000 Performance Indicators which could only be estimated when published in March 2000. The Chief Executive felt that the addition of these would make a more complete document in the future.

Publication would be in the forthcoming edition of the Council's "In Touch" newspaper. Members had been circulated a draft copy, which they complimented those involved on as a very good document.

RESOLVED

That the report on Best Value Performance Indicators be received.
