V28-44 : LEISURE GRANTS APPLICATIONS POLICY
The report of the Director of Community Services proposed a system of officer delegation in relation to straight forward leisure grant applications to enable a more efficient process. RECOMMENDED
1. That the Head of Service responsible for the function be given delegated authority to approve applications for Leisure Revenue Grants which meet the adopted criteria and do not exceed £1,000.
2. That the Head of Service responsible for the function be given delegated authority to approve applications for Minor Project Capital which meet the adopted criteria and do not exceed £2,000.
3. That an annual list of grants approved be circulated to members via Reporting to Members or an appropriate publication.
