V28-424 : LOWESTOFT LEISURE LIMITED - PROPOSALS FOR NORTH LOWESTOFT
The report of the Chief Executive was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as representatives of the Council and Lowestoft Leisure Limited had recently met, and this brought members up to date.
The Executive at its meeting on 27 July 2000 had resolved that an independent consultant be engaged to evaluate the Lowestoft Leisure proposals for North Lowestoft. Lowestoft Leisure claimed that TMS had already undertaken this role, and it was resolved that TMS be invited to make a presentation to The Executive. (Para. 7)
