V28-42 : COMMITTEES, WORKING PARTIES, FORUMS AND PANELS

The report of the Chief Executive listed the Working Parties, Forums and Panels above established under the Council's previous policy structure. It was now necessary for members to determine their future and reconstitute membership where appropriate. The Chief Executive advised that the Wangford Waste Disposal Site Panel listed was now the responsibility of the Regeneration and Environment Policy Panel.

RESOLVED

1. That the DETR Consultation Papers Response and Housing Green Paper Working Parties be discontinued.

2. That the Community Services Policy Panel adopt the duties of the Housing of Asylum Seekers Working Party, the Public Art Trail Project Working Party and the Joint Member/Tenant Forum.

3. That decision on the Lowestoft Museum at Broad House Consultative Committee be deferred, and a report be presented to a future meeting of the Panel.

4. That the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Councillor R. Carter be appointed to the Waveney District Council/Suffolk Health Authority Joint Liaison Meeting.
