V28-415 : AUTHORITY TO SEAL AND SIGN DOCUMENTS

The report of the Chief Executive reviewed the Council's delegated powers in relation to authority to fix the Council's seal to or to sign any document giving effect to a Council decision, in view of recent changes to the management structure.

RESOLVED

That the following officers be given delegated authority to fix the Council's seal to or to sign any document giving effect to a Council decision, and that the Council's Standing Orders be amended accordingly:

Mairi McLean Chief Executive
Louise Jordan-Hall Corporate Director
Anthony Walmsley Assistant Chief Executive
