V28-407 : CCTV EXPANSION - PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACTORS
The report of the Corporate Director (Corporate Resources and Policy) sought authority to depart from current Standing Orders in the methodology to be used to appoint the contractors for the next phase of the CCTV expansion.
RESOLVED
1. That PhotoScan Limited be appointed for the supply and installation of cameras, housings, poles and monitoring equipment for the CCTV expansion covering the seafront and Belvedere Road car parks, as a departure from the requirements of Standing Orders.
2. That British Telecom be appointed for the supply and installation of the transmission system for the CCTV expansion covering the seafront and Belvedere Road car parks, as a departure from the requirements of Standing Orders.
