V28-405 : INSPECTION AND ADMINISTRATION FEES FOR VEHICULAR CROSSINGS

The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) set out revised fees for the inspection and administration of vehicular crossings, based on the application of the `headline' inflation rate to the current fees for the period April 1993 to March 2000.

RESOLVED

1. That the inspection/administration fee for vehicular crossings be raised from £75 to £90 for domestic crossings and from £150 to £180 for industrial crossings, with immediate effect.

2. That the above fees be adjusted annually on 1 April, in line with the January Retail Price Index.
