V28-397 : PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT BY CLAYS LTD - FLIXTON ROAD, BUNGAY
The report of the Chief Executive was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as there had been recent developments with the above case.
The Executive received a report which updated members on recent developments with the judicial review proceedings for the above, which would take place in the High Court on 24 August 2000. (Para. 12)
The meeting was concluded at 7.30pm.
