V28-396 : RECOVERY OF BUSINESS RATES

The report of the Director of Central Services was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as recent developments prompted the need for immediate action in respect of outstanding business rates owed by two companies.

The Executive resolved that Messrs Harrison Clark, Solicitors of Worcester, be engaged to instigate legal action against two companies to wind them up in respect of outstanding business rates. (Para. 7)
