V28-394 : LOWESTOFT LEISURE LIMITED - PROPOSALS FOR NORTH LOWESTOFT
The Executive considered a response to Lowestoft Leisure Limited's proposals for a major redevelopment of the North Lowestoft, following an early presentation on 7 July 2000. The Executive were unable to support the proposals at this stage, and resolved that an independent and suitable qualified consultancy be commissioned to fully evaluate the proposals.
It was also resolved that a report reviewing the future of the North Denes Caravan and Camping Site, with a view to extend the existing use of the site for a longer period, be presented to a future meeting of The Executive. (Para. 7)
