V28-392 : KIRKLEY COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE
The report of the Chief Executive considered how the Council should proceed in terms of its commitment to the Kirkley Community Resource Centre, and resolved that consideration of the report be referred to Council with a recommendation for option (c) as outlined in the report, with an amendment to guarantee the lease from completion of the building. (Para. 9)
