V28-380 : SHIPS INSPECTION CHARGES - RODENT CONTROL
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services set out the changes in ships inspection charges and the issue of De-Ratting Exemption Certificates for the purposes of Regulations 18 and 19 of the Public Health (Ships) Regulations 1979. The revised scale came into operation on 1 April 2000, and would remain in force until further notice. RESOLVED
1. That the following revised charges for Ships Inspection be approved with effect from 1 April 2000:
Ships below 1,001 gross tonnage £39
Ships from 1,001 to 3,000 gross tonnage £79
Ships from 3,001 to 10,000 gross tonnage £117
Ships from 10,001 to 20,000 gross tonnage £154
Ships from 20,001 to 50,000 gross tonnage £196
Ships over 50,000 gross tonnage £234
2. That the Director of Housing and Environmental Services be delegated to revise future charges for Ships Inspection following notification from the Department of Health.
