V28-322 : RENAULT 8-SEATER MINIBUS, SUITABILITY FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE USE
The report of the Chief Executive was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the timescale of the next meeting would not be appropriate for the purchase and alteration of the vehicle to be viable. The Panel inspected the vehicle as to its suitability for Hackney Carriage use after conversion to allow wheelchair access.
RESOLVED
That, subject to the alterations suggested by the Chief Executive, the Renault 8-seater minibus be approved for Hackney Carriage use.
The meeting was concluded at 6.20pm.
