V28-321 : THE THREE TUNS, BUNGAY, PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE

The report of the Chief Executive detailed that at the meeting of the Licensing Panel held on 15 February 2000 it was agreed, due to recurring noise nuisance problems, that the Public Entertainment Licence for The Three Tuns, Bungay, be issued for a period of six months, to allow monitoring to take place.

The existing Licence expired on 31 August 2000. Observations were sought from the Police, who had no objection, and the Director of Housing and Environmental Services, who confirmed no further complaints since September 1999, and therefore had no objection to the Licence being issued for a further six months to bring it into line with the expiry of all other Annual Public Entertainment Licences.

RESOLVED

That the Public Entertainment Licence for the Three Tuns, Bungay, be issued for a period of six months to expire on 28 February 2001, in line with other Annual Public Entertainment Licences.
