V28-312 : 4 LAWRENCE DRIVE, LOWESTOFT - BREACH OF CONDITION 3 OF W17442 - FIRS
EXTENSION
The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) advised that planning permission had been granted in February 2000 for the erection of a first floor extension at the above, with a condition that the landing window be obscured glazed. This was to maintain and protect the neighbours' privacy.
The extension had now been built and the window fitted with clear glazing. The applicant had lodged an appeal against the condition attached to permission, but officers were hopeful that the appeal would be dismissed, and requested authorisation to issue a Breach of Condition Notice in the meantime.
RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to issue a Breach of Condition Notice and to take all pursuant action to ensure that Condition 3 attached to application W17442 is enforced.
