V28-311 : 3 SALISBURY ROAD, LOWESTOFT - FORMER MEETING HALL/WAREHOUSE
The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) advised that unauthorised use as a dwelling had occurred at this former meeting hall, which was last used as a storage building for a nearby retailer. The building was unsuitable in several ways for human habitation including inadequate curtilage, no parking, poor lighting and outlook and no internal water supply. The Director recommended action to cease the use of the property as a dwelling.
RESOLVED
That the Chief Executive be authorised to take all pursuant action to require the use of 3 Salisbury Road, Lowestoft as a dwelling to cease.
