Application for provision of an additional vehicular access.

The report of the Corporate Director (Regeneration and Environment) advised that at present there was only one entrance/exit point to the car park/changing room facilities at Dip Farm, and it was now proposed to provide an additional access point to create an "in" and an "out". A break in the hedge had already occurred as a result of Anglian Water's pipeline work for the new sewerage works, and the new vehicular access could take advantage of this situation. There was no objection to the access.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 deemed planning permission be granted to application W1125/57.
