V28-28 : SUFFOLK CONSERVATION MANUAL
The report of the Head of Planning informed members that an updated version of the above joint County/District document had been launched by Suffolk County Council on 12 April 2000. Previous version's had been adopted as Council Policy and this version also contained much useful design guidance which could be applied to prominent areas of Lowestoft and the market towns.
RECOMMENDED
1. That the revised version of the Suffolk Conservation Manual be adopted as Council Policy.
2. That further copies of the Suffolk Conservation Manual be obtained and distributed to the Area Forums once set up.
