Outline application for the construction of one dwelling.
The report of the Head of Planning advised that a site meeting had recently taken place at the above location. The content of his report, which had been set out in the minutes of the last meeting, had not changed, the only update being to state that Policy H9 said that applications to sub-divide larger house plots which would adversely affect the character of the area should be refused. The Head of Planning recommended refusal
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W8279/11.
