Application for construction of new porch entrance.

The report of the Head of Planning set out an application to erect a new entrance porch to the main office/stores/workshop building at the Council's depot site in Rotterdam Road. The design of this glazed porch was acceptable and would have no adverse impact. The Head of Planning recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976 deemed planning permission be granted to application W2635/9.
