V28-204 : W17571 - LAND AT END OF BONSEY GARDENS, WRENTHAM

Application for provision of play area and landscaping.

The report of the Head of Planning concerned a site located at the end of Bonsey Gardens between land allocated for residential development and the former Wrentham School. The submitted plan showed their boundary lined with vandal proof hedging two metres wide, and an equipped play area.

Wrentham had been lacking an equipped play area, something identified in the Local Plan. The Head of Planning recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976, deemed planning permission be granted to application W17571.
