V28-165 : A/W880 - 10 OULTON ROAD, LOWESTOFT
Application for erection of two hoardings and an information sign.
The report of the Head of Planning advised that the above was a detached property on the corner of Oulton Road and Hollingsworth Road and was the headquarters of Beach Radio. The applicants proposed to erect two advertisement panels on the front and side of the property. Negotiation had reduced the size of the signs to five feet by three feet on the Oulton Road frontage and four feet by two feet on the Hollingsworth Road frontage, and these were now considered acceptable. The Head of Planning recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application A/W880.
