V28-158 : W8843/8 - LAND AND PREMISES, THE BUNGALOW, DENMARK ROAD, LOWESTOFT
Application for change of use to vehicle repairs, recycling and sales with ancillary office use. The report of the Head of Planning outlined a retrospective application to regularise the use of the above site in accordance with the requirements of the recent Enforcement Notice. The site was used for vehicle repairs, recycling and car sales, with ancillary office use. To achieve a satisfactory layout, certain conditions needed to be complied with, as set out on the Enforcement Notice.
It was considered that the use of the site with the controls mentioned was acceptable, and the Head of Planning recommended approval. Members concurred with this view, but wished a further condition to be added to approval that there should be no double stacking of vehicles.
