V28-154 : 46 NELSON ROAD, LOWESTOFT - UNAUTHORISED MOBILE HOME

The report of the Head of Planning concerned a large, static mobile home sited on the frontage of the above residential property. The mobile home was prominent in the street scene and out of character with its surroundings.

The Head of Planning recommended enforcement action to ensure removal of the mobile home from the site. Members concurred with this view, and wished that the shortest period for compliance legally available be specified, in order that the mobile home should not be used during the Summer months.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to issue an Enforcement Notice, to be complied with within one month, and to take all pursuant action to ensure removal of the unauthorised mobile home at 46 Nelson Road, Lowestoft.
