V28-137 : APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES

The report of the Chief Executive provided a list of those outside bodies to which appointments were required.

In addition, members were asked to consider whether the Council should make a nomination to the Board of the Suffolk Learning and Skills Council.

RESOLVED

1. That appointments be made to outside bodies as appended to the minutes, and attendance at meetings of these bodies be authorised as an approved duty for the purposes of claiming travelling and subsistence allowance.

2. That Councillor Gouldby's name be submitted as the Council's nominee to the Board of the Suffolk Learning and Skills Council.
