V28-109 : LOWESTOFT COMMUNITY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
The Director of Central Services advised that due to the infrequency of needing to call meetings of the Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee, any matter requiring the attention of that Committee during the year could be dealt with by the Lowestoft Charter Trustees, thus obviating the need to elect a Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee for 2000/2001. This would mean the Lowestoft Charter Trustees meeting more frequently, which was desirable.
RESOLVED
That no Lowestoft Community Affairs Committee be appointed for 2000/2001, and that the Lowestoft Charter Trustees decide any matters which may arise during the year which would normally appear before that Committee.
