V27-981 : FEES AND CHARGES - SPORTS GROUNDS AND SPORT IN PARKS

The report of the Director of Community Services, of which a revised version was circulated, set out the fees and charges for sports grounds and sport in parks proposed for inclusion in the forward budget, together with a review of those charges. All fees and charges not listed would be increased in line with the requirements of the contract.

RESOLVED

1. That the charges for sports grounds and sport in parks, as set out in Section 12 of Appendix A to the minutes, be included in the forward budget for 2000/2001.

2. That the contract payment to CDC Landscapes through the Leisure Management Contract 2 be reduced by £9,000 from 1 April 2000.
