V27-980 : FEES AND CHARGES - LOWESTOFT AND SOUTHWOLD BEACH CHALETS
The report of the Director of Community Services, of which a revised version was circulated, set out the fees and charges for the Lowestoft and Southwold beach chalets proposed for inclusion in the forward budget, together with a review of those charges. The Southwold Chalet Site agreements provided for increases of licence fees by the relevant inflation rate. The rates proposed were in excess of that figure and would require termination of the existing agreements and offers of new ones.
RESOLVED
That the charges for Lowestoft and Southwold beach chalets, as set out in Section 11 of Appendix A to the minutes, be included in the forward budget for 2000/2001.
